How? Does the TrueBlue password somehow go through Sabre's systems? The truly old business unit of Sabre that everyone is referencing is Travel Network. I'm not sure why an airline's loyalty program would intersect with Travel Network other than through the back end of a booking tool.

I'm guessing that JetBlue allows people to log into their account via telephone. They could map your alphanumeric password to the series of numbers you'd punch in on a phone.

No, there is no way their loyalty program has anything to do with SABRE, any more than Expedia's passwords are stored in SABRE.

How do you track things you're interested in Excel? For instance, if you're into python, would you make a python worksheet and fill it with goals and things to read?

I think what he means is that he tracks metrics that he wants to track (such as steps walked, miles run, water consumed, calories consumed, blood pressure, lines of code, dollars spent, etc.) in Excel.

You could track things related to your programming such as lines of code, optimizations made, errors encountered, bugs fixed, refactoring done.

I've been through a few times. There's litter everywhere. It's trashy. San Antonio does not make a good impression. Strange because Lady Bird Johnson started her beautify America (crying native chief) from Texas.

I love reading things like this and it inspires me to travel and be different. However, as much as this appeals to me and I want to quit and travel, doing something like this is definitely a career wrecker. That and student loans are my biggest hindrance.

What part of finance do you think will go first ? Finance is highly subjective, and while I don't think it isn't at risk of being taken over by AI, I think it will be quite a while before a machine can make the proper subjective decisions a finance professional makes.

Insurance underwriting probably will become more and more automated, the exceptions are the cases with large values involved, in the short run, definitely this will be automated some day as well, or insurance in which only a small part of the population pay for insurance and the sample is small too do any meaningful statistics.

Anyway there'll probably always be people behind the algorithms doing the modeling or programming at least.
