Has anyone else had trouble using pagespeed insights recently? I think they changed something about their API, every site I try to test gives me "The referrer https://developers.google.com/ does not match the referrer restrictions configured on your API key. Please use the API Console to update your key restrictions."

Note I'm not actually trying to use the API, I just want to run the tool from https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/
