Instead of spending time on the new vague proposal, maybe Apple should spend time supporting existing web standards like WebGL 2.0 by default (instead of hidden flags).


WebGL 2 will be enabled by default in Safari 15.


Agreed. This proposal makes the Safari sandbagging even more apparent.


This ^^ I’d be surprised if Apple has any new learning to offer or if they have surveyed the landscape and decided this is the way to go.
