NVIDIA's chips count as part of that ARM marketshare, and in fact ARM itself does not manufacture chips at all, nor does NVIDIA design CPU ISAs.

The grandparent was talking about GPUs. NVIDIA and ARM (Mali) both design GPUs.

And they also both design CPUs. ARM just doesn't manufacture theirs themselves.
