This reminds me of the robocall political scandal in Canada which was fuelled by CRM data. It's just as frustrating when political parties do it, especially in the robocall case which was an absolute abuse of the system.

I worry sometimes about the implications this has on democracy, where power might be defined as how strong and agile your CRM system is, rather than your actual ideas and character.
