My hot take is if you’re writing a memo or a spec for internal consumption, using AI is an anti-pattern. The doc isn’t the important product, the act of writing the doc is, because that’s how you clarify your own thinking.

We know AIs are fine for bouncing ideas off of, but they’re not senior-level architects yet.
