Such abusers are very rarely a whole 5% of accounts, almost certainly <=2%.

In a recent tweet the company gave an example of a user running Claude 24/7 costing them "tens of thousands of dollars".

For any such users it requires hundreds if not thousands of "normal" users just to break even.
