I think missing from the turns is when companies do AI layoffs, then realize they aren't as productive as they thought and have to rehire 70% of the people they let go.
Can't recall the link, but a few people said they were rehired at lower pay on contract for their old company (imho I believe they will be severed again when the integration gets better)
